Works wherever your team sends email

After one admin sign-in, Endmark sets up Exchange Online with no scripts. Email to people outside your company then gets its signature from any app, and you can add internal email too.

In Outlook, people see it as they write

The add-in puts the signature in as soon as someone starts writing, and updates it if they change the From address. An admin deploys it once from Integrated apps in the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Design one signature for everyone

Put fields where the details go, and Endmark fills them in for each person.

An editor made for signatures

Format text, build layouts with tables, and add images, social icons, and QR codes, or start from a ready-made layout.

Fields come from your directory, your company details, or fields you create. Lines can hide when they're empty or stay out of replies.

Different signatures for different people

A rule can cover everyone, a department, a group, or one person. The first match wins, and each rule decides whether replies get the full signature, a compact one, or none.

Banners, disclaimers, and logos

Show a campaign banner to chosen people between two dates. Disclaimers live in one library, so one edit updates every signature. Endmark hosts your images too.

Set up in four steps

    A Microsoft 365 admin signs in and approves access. Your people and their details come in automatically.

Questions IT will ask

Does our email leave Microsoft 365?
Only for a moment. Exchange Online passes each message to Endmark over an encrypted connection, the signature is added, and the message goes straight back to your organization for delivery.
What does Endmark change in our tenant?
Two connectors and one mail flow rule in Exchange Online, managed by a role that can't touch anything else. Turn server-side signing off and they're removed.
What does Endmark read from our directory?
Names, job details, contact details, photos, and group memberships, with read-only access.
Which messages are left alone?
Encrypted and digitally signed messages, meeting invitations, and automatic replies.
What happens if a signature can't be added?
The message is delivered as it was written. Email never waits on a signature.
