Billing terms

These terms cover how Endmark charges for its plan, when it renews, how seats work, and what happens when you cancel or a payment fails.

The plan

Endmark sells one plan with every feature for $12 (US dollars) per user per year, with a minimum of 10 users. A user is a seat: one person who gets a signature. The price for all seats is charged at the start of each year of service.

Free trial

Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with every feature, and no card is needed to start it. Workspaces created before September 28, 2026 got a 14-day trial starting that day. When the trial ends without a subscription, the workspace becomes read-only as described under “When access ends”.

Who pays

Only the owner of a workspace can subscribe, change seats, update the card, or cancel. Everyone in the workspace can see its plan on the Billing page, and owners and admins can see its invoices.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. You enter your card on Stripe’s checkout page, and Endmark never sees or stores your full card number. Receipts, past invoices, and billing details are in Manage billing on the Billing page.

Seats

You choose the number of seats when you subscribe, and you can change it at any time from Change seats on the Billing page, down to the 10-user minimum. Adding seats is charged right away for the rest of the current year, in proportion to the time left. Removing seats adds a credit for the unused time to your account, which Stripe applies to your next invoices; it is not paid back to your card.

The Billing page shows how many people have a live signature. If that is more than your seats, we ask the owner to add seats, and nobody loses their signature in the meantime.

Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each year, on the date shown on the Billing page, and the card on file is charged for your seats for the next year. It keeps renewing until you cancel. If we change the price, we will post the new price on our website at least 30 days before it applies to your renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the year you have already paid for: everything keeps working until then, and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

We do not give prorated or partial refunds for time left in a paid year. If the same workspace is charged twice for the same year, for example after checking out in two browser tabs, Endmark cancels the newer subscription and refunds it in full automatically. If you believe you were charged in error, email us and we will look into it.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe tries the card again, and your workspace keeps working for 14 days from the first failure. If the payment still has not gone through after 14 days, access ends as described below until you pay.

When access ends

When a trial or subscription ends, we keep your workspace and its data. You can still sign in and see everything, but you cannot change or publish signatures, rules, campaigns, or disclaimers, or turn on server-side signing, and the Billing page stays open so the owner can subscribe.

Endmark also stops adding signatures to mail: the Outlook add-in inserts nothing, and server-side signing passes messages through unsigned. Endmark never blocks or holds mail; messages are delivered as usual, without a signature. Exchange mail flow rules you created from Endmark’s generated script live in your own Microsoft 365 organization, and you remove them there.

Taxes

We do not currently charge sales tax. If that changes, we will update this page before any tax is added to a charge.

Exempt workspaces

We sometimes exempt a workspace from billing, for example for our own use, demos, or reviews. An exempt workspace has every feature, is not billed, and may return to normal billing with notice.
